This has been completely revised, re-edited, and expanded. Expansion is longer than the original word count, but some things were deleted, moved, added.

Q: Should I buy the old or new edition?

New, of course. The new version has more content. Old edition print books are often more expensive than the new. Some were on sale for hundreds of dollars. So, buy the new.
